Most of us learn how to be kind to others long before we learn how to be kind to ourselves.
Becoming Your Own Best Friend is a guided journaling workshop designed to help you soften your inner dialogue, see yourself more clearly, and begin relating to yourself with the same care, patience, and loyalty you’d offer someone you love.
Led by All With Heart founder Ryanna Hammond, this workshop gently walks you through intentional reflection, affirmations, personal stories, and guided journaling exercises that explore self-compassion, boundaries, and self-acceptance. Rather than asking you to “fix” yourself, this experience invites you to befriend yourself exactly as you are.
This is about learning how to stay on your own side.
