Refund policy

We want you to truly love what you receive from All With Heart.

Because many of our items are made to order, returns aren’t always possible—but we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We’re happy to help when we can.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Show no visible signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Be returned in original packaging when possible

Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method, exchanged, or issued as store credit.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Digital products (including downloadable workshops)
  • 1:1 services or coaching sessions

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your request
  2. You’ll receive return instructions by email
  3. Ship the item back using the provided guidance

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–14 business days for returns to be processed once received.
