Mind. Body. Soul. Whole Self. Transformation.

first, who am I and why do I do this work?

There was a time in my life when I didn’t believe I would ever feel genuinely happy.

For years, I felt enslaved to my own mind, body, and soul. I struggled with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and thoughts that made me question whether I even wanted to keep living. I felt stuck inside a life and a version of myself that didn’t feel like mine—and for a long time, I couldn’t see a way out.

But somehow, I kept going. And slowly, over the course of my twenties, I began finding my way back to myself.

There wasn’t one thing that saved me. There wasn’t one book, one workout, one journal prompt, or one perfect morning routine that changed everything. It was the combination.

I journaled. I wrote poetry. I read. I got creative. I got multiple degrees. I spent time alone in nature. I hiked. I ran. I went to the gym. I pushed my body. I stretched. I practiced yoga. I learned about my own mind. I learned to listen to myself.

Some of these things came into my life for a season. Some stayed. And somewhere along the way, I realized something: My mind, body, and soul were never separate. The work I was doing in one area was helping me heal in another.

Movement helped me feel more grounded and alive. Understanding my mind helped me change the way I approached my body. Creativity helped me find my voice. Time alone helped me hear myself again.

Little by little, I began peeling away the layers of who I thought I was supposed to be and discovering who I actually was underneath them. And eventually, I felt something I had once believed was impossible: I felt free. I knew myself. I trusted myself. I was living a life that felt like mine. And I was happy.

Not because life suddenly became perfect, but because I finally had the tools to meet life as myself!

And that’s why I do this work. Because I know what it feels like to be on the other side of where you are now.

What I don’t and do believe

❌ I don’t believe you are a problem to be fixed.

❌ I don’t believe that you aren’t enough as you already are.

❌ I don’t believe in toxic positivity, quick fixes, or pretending that everything is fine when it isn’t.

✅ I do believe tools can help with transformation, and that transformation takes work. Real work. The kind that asks you to be honest with yourself. To get curious. To become vulnerable. To try something different. To practice. To stumble. To begin again.

✅ I do believe people want freedom and authenticity, but don’t always know how to get there. (And when we’re disconnected from ourselves, it can wreak havoc on our lives.)

✅ I do believe we have the ability to change the way we think, the way we move, the way we care for ourselves, and the perspective we bring to our lives.

✅ I do believe a healthier, happier life isn’t about following somebody else’s blueprint. It’s about learning how to hear your own inner guidance and having the courage to follow it.

✅ And, finally, I believe self-transformation doesn’t mean becoming someone new, but peeling back the layers. Healing. Growing. Getting honest. Becoming vulnerable. And stepping more fully into the person who is there underneath it all.

So, What exactly is this work?

As a Self-Transformation Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, my work brings together the tools I’ve learned through my own journey, my education in psychology and writing, my certification in journal therapy, and my NASM-CPT credential.

Depending on what you’re looking for, our work might involve coaching and guided journaling. It might involve personalized personal training. It might involve creativity, poetry, mindfulness, meditation, movement, or time in nature. Or it might involve all of it. Because you are the starting point; this is not a predetermined program.

We’ll begin by getting to know you: where you are, where you want to go, what’s getting in the way, what you’ve already tried, and what kind of support you need. Then we’ll build from there.

I’ll guide you. We’ll figure things out together. I’ll challenge you when you need to be challenged, support you when things feel difficult, and give you tools and practices to continue using outside of our time together.

The goal isn’t for you to need me forever. The goal is for you to learn how to guide yourself.

Step 2: Free Consultation: Starting Point & Cost

Let’s meet and determine your starting point and the cost.

Your program will be built around your individual goals, needs, and desired level of support. Therefore, the cost also varies from person to person depending on their needs, availability, etc.

Let’s begin this incredible work.

We’ll meet regularly, work together during your sessions, and I’ll give you personalized practices to continue between when we meet.

My goal is not to make you dependent on coaching. My goal is to give you tools you can eventually carry with you after our time is done!

Our Philosophy

We believe transformation is not about urgency, perfection, or fixing yourself.

It’s about stepping into the life and self you’ve always sensed was possible through reflection, creativity, and self-trust.

At All With Heart, transformation is gentle and intentional. It happens in small moments. It happens by choosing yourself. It happens when you honor where you are while still moving forward.

We create tools and experiences that meet people wherever they are on their journey, and help them get on a track of growth that feels grounded, human, and sustainable.
