A reflective space for clarity, self-trust, and intentional change.
Sometimes you know you want more—more alignment, more peace, more authenticity—but you don’t know why you feel stuck or how to move forward.
That is where guided journaling comes in.
1:1 Journaling Coaching is a self-development practice designed to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your inner world, and create real change through intentional writing, reflection, and supportive guidance.
This is not therapy. It is psychology-informed, creativity-based self-development work, meant to support transformation from the inside out.
Who This Is For
This work is for you if:
- You feel stuck, disconnected, or misaligned but can’t quite explain why
- You want to change something in your life but don’t know where to start
- You feel there’s a more authentic version of you trying to emerge
- You crave clarity, self-trust, and direction
- You’re ready to reflect honestly and show up for yourself
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a willingness to look inward.
How It Works
Sessions take place 1:1 on Zoom and range from 30–60 minutes, with a preference for camera-on connection so we can meet face-to-face.
We begin with an intake form and session where we explore:
- What feels off or unaligned in your life
- What you’re hoping to change or understand
- Your goals, pace, and current capacity
From there, I create a personalized journaling plan tailored to you.
This may include:
- Guided journaling prompts
- Reflection questions
- Intention-setting practices
- Gentle accountability and check-ins
- Suggested practices between sessions
Some people work with me weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Some choose a single session with a structured journaling plan they can work through independently.
We decide what makes sense together, case by case, as it is not a one-size-fits-all.
A Note on Budget & Accessibility
I work with many different budgets and approach this with care and flexibility.
If you have a specific amount you’re able to invest, we’ll talk through what kind of support is realistic and supportive for you, whether that’s:
- An initial intake + personalized journaling plan
- Ongoing sessions over one, two, three, or more months
- Periodic check-ins as needed
If you’re on the fence because of finances, I encourage you to still reach out.
I believe meaningful self-work should be accessible, and I will always aim to offer something that supports you within your means.
What This Is & What It’s Not
This is guided self-development work, not therapy.
I am not a licensed therapist, and this work is not a replacement for mental health treatment. If you are experiencing severe depression or feel you may need therapeutic or medical support, I encourage you to seek care from a licensed professional.
This space is best suited for reflection, growth, clarity, and intentional change.
