Our founder, Ryanna Hammond, had the privilege of joining Sophia Elcock's podcast Travel & Transformation a few weeks back. Her episode "How Poetry Can Be Your Guide In Your Healing Journey with Ryanna Hammond" just launched Thursday, May 23.
The host, Sophia Elcock, an integrative life coach, met Ryanna at the L.A. Times Festival of Books in late April. She stumbled upon Ryanna's booth and was pulled in by the business name "All With Heart." They shared a chuckle because Sophia was wearing a shirt with a heart on it. It didn't take long for Ryanna to know that Sophia also knew the importance of living a life filled with heart.
The women discovered that they had even more in common: solo travel and personal transformation. These are the two things at the core of Sophia's podcast: Travel and Transformation, a virtual space she utilizes to empower women to live their best lives and exit comfort zones, whether that be physically or mentally, through travel or transformation.
