I always had a quiet knowing that I would build something of my own one day.
After graduating college and stepping into the traditional workforce, it only took a few months for me to realize something important: I didn’t want to spend my life pouring all of my energy into someone else’s dream when I knew I had one living inside me. (Not because working for others is wrong—for many people, it’s exactly right. But for me, it just didn’t feel like my path.)
I knew I wanted to work in wellness or mental health. I had a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a deep interest in healing and growth. But at the time, I was still very much in my own process. I was navigating an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, and a deep sense of feeling lost in my own life.
And that meant if I wanted to work in wellness or mental health—helping others—then first, I would have to help myself.
The Work That Changed Everything
I honestly didn’t know where to start. So I just started everywhere. By that I mean, doing new things, taking chances, and trying new habits. Because there was no road map and I was desperate for change.
My transformation didn’t happen overnight, but it did happen slowly through a hodgepodge of activities: intensive therapy, solo trips into nature, daily journaling, writing poetry, reading, meditation, and yoga.
Somewhere along that path—through the reflecting, creating, and intentional inner work—I began to heal, then grow. I started setting boundaries. Trusting my voice. Letting go of what was weighing me down. Loving myself. Trusting my intuition. Believing that my dreams were worthy and could come true. And slowly…they did.
What “All With Heart” Really Means
At a certain point, I realized something simple but powerful: The thing that had changed my life most was the way I was showing up to it.
I wasn’t healing halfway. I wasn’t growing halfway. I wasn’t dreaming halfway. I was living all with heart. Putting my whole heart into healing. Into growth. Into becoming. Into believing something better was possible.
One day, the phrase came to me clearly: All With Heart. It wasn’t just a brand name. It was more. It was the philosophy that had quietly rebuilt my life from the inside out.
